"The White Bronco"

That place had to of smelt like horse shit. As cool as this was, I will forever be jaded until someone can tame the elusive Pegasus.

Even they wanted a horse with wings, a unicorn at the very least.

But in all seriousness, only one man has ever pulled off the equestrian look effortlessly and that's good old GW. (Costume Idea????)

Food that Lies

A few weeks ago I went to a restaurant called "True Foods" up in Newport Beach right by Fashion Island. It has a really cool vibe but I wish someone would've told me that it was a cougar feeding ground. It was the land of true religions, BMWs, and overly tanned ladies. I shouldn't forget to mention the abundance of hipsters as well. I guess that's what you get when you go to an overly priced vegan friendly restaurant.

The menu is a tad deceitful because the plates were about 12.00$ average (which isn't that bad), but they fail to mention that the portions are designed for a cougar wary about bursting out of her spanx or a hipster trying to stay snug in a pair of skinny jeans. So if you're like me, it would take about 2 plates to be full. Therefore, you're looking to spend about 24.00$.

Despite the rather high prices, I'd come back. Where else can you get roasted eggplant pizza? Definitely not at your nearest Dominos. Give me some time to save money but in the mean time I'll just eat at Veggie Grill.

I recently did a photoshoot with my good friend Dantam (pronounced Dan-tam). She's a self proclaimed Queen of Awkwardness and after shooting her for a few minutes/seconds I'd have to agree. Any direction I'd give her would be nervously muttered under her breath. "Can you lean back?" "Leaning backkkk." "Can you smile?" "Smiling....." As a result, many of her pictures were taken mid talk with her mouth opened in an odd fashion. Nonetheless I managed to capture some great moments.

Dantam insisted that I name this post "Make this Desert Flower Again." Aside from the fact that it's a line taken from a Selena Gomez song, the sexual innuendos were too intense for this G rated blog.

Other then the fact that both these pictures are mainly red, they have no reason to be together. But like everything else in my life...nothing makes sense.

21

On September 11 I finally reached that milestone age that people go ape shit for: 21. I'm an extremely low key guy and opted for a quiet relaxing day at a winery instead of blacking out in Vegas. Is it bad that I wanted to remember my birthday? Thus, I took some family to Mount Palomar for a day of wine tasting. I really wanted to spend some time with my Dad and binge drinking wine is right up is ally.  The winery was beautiful and the people were extremely friendly. Complete strangers wanted to toast for my birthday (probably because they were drunk). I didn't expect anything like this to be located in Temecula California.

Its been about a week since I've turned 21 and I have to say that life isn't much better. So what is there left to look forward to? All that's left are those great jokes about being forever 21 (sarcasm). My mom loves shopping at Forever 21 but not so much for the clothes. I think she likes to rep the shopping bags that says Forever 21 in large writing. These shopping bags seem to confirm a false reality of a youth once had. Just because you shop at Forever 21 doesn't mean you're 21. Is this my future?
